Aureum Peptides is committed to delivering your research peptides quickly and safely. We understand the importance of proper handling and temperature control for peptide integrity.
Processing Time
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST on business days ship the same day
- Next Business Day: Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST ship the next business day
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Cold Chain Packaging
To ensure product integrity, all orders are shipped with appropriate packaging:
- Insulated Packaging: All orders include insulated mailers or boxes
- Cold Packs: Ice packs are included during warmer months or for expedited temperature-sensitive shipments
- Sealed Vials: All peptides are shipped in sealed, light-protected vials
Storage Upon Receipt: Once you receive your order, promptly store peptides according to the included storage instructions (typically refrigerated at 2-8°C or frozen at -20°C for long-term storage).
Order Tracking
- All orders ship with tracking information
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships
- Track your package using the provided tracking link or on the carrier’s website
Shipping Restrictions
Current Service Area:
- We currently ship within the United States only
- We ship to all 50 states
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for express shipping methods
International Shipping:
- International shipping is not available at this time
- We plan to offer international shipping in the future—sign up for our newsletter for updates
Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Address changes after an order has shipped may not be possible
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office
- Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date if you believe your package is lost or stolen
- We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue
Signature Requirements
For orders over $200, we may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. You will be notified if your order requires a signature.
