Research Use Only — Binding Terms of Sale

Research use restriction. All products sold by Aureum Peptides are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only (RUO), for use solely by qualified research professionals in a controlled laboratory setting.

No human or animal consumption. Products are not for human or veterinary use and must never be ingested, injected, applied to, or otherwise administered to humans or animals.

Not for medical use. No product is intended for use in the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or condition, and no product has been approved by the FDA for any such use.

Qualified professional. By purchasing, the buyer represents and warrants that the buyer is a qualified research professional aged 21 or older, acquiring products solely for legitimate scientific research purposes.

Indemnification. The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aureum Peptides and its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of the buyer’s purchase, use, handling, storage, or misuse of the products, including any use in violation of these terms.
