At Aureum Peptides, we stand behind the quality of our research peptides. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return:
- Request made within 7 days of delivery date
- Product is unopened and in original sealed packaging
- Product has not been tampered with or damaged by the customer
- Original Certificate of Analysis (COA) is included
Not Eligible for Return:
- Opened or unsealed products
- Products returned after 7 days from delivery
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
- Products without original packaging
Return Process
Step 1: Contact our support team at contact@aureumpeptides.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
Step 3: Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Approved Returns:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, contact us immediately at contact@aureumpeptides.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process
- To cancel an order, contact us immediately at contact@aureumpeptides.com
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
