Research Use Agreement

By placing an order with Aureum Peptides LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“Buyer,” “you”) agree to the following terms regarding the purchase and use of all products available on aureumpeptides.com.
1. Research Use Only
All products sold by Aureum Peptides are intended exclusively for in vitro research, laboratory testing, and educational purposes. Products are classified as research chemicals and reference compounds. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, food products, or cosmetics.
2. Not for Human or Animal Consumption
Buyer expressly acknowledges and agrees that no product purchased from Aureum Peptides shall be used for:
- Human consumption, injection, ingestion, or topical application on humans
- Veterinary use or animal consumption
- Any therapeutic, diagnostic, or medicinal application
- Any purpose that would classify the product as a drug under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act
3. Buyer Qualifications
By purchasing, Buyer represents and warrants that they:
- Are at least 18 years of age (21 in applicable jurisdictions)
- Are a qualified researcher, operate under a qualified research institution, or are acquiring products for legitimate laboratory or educational use
- Have the knowledge and facilities to safely handle, store, and dispose of research chemicals
- Will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding the purchase, possession, and use of research compounds
4. Compliance with Laws
Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines regarding the handling, storage, use, and disposal of research chemicals. Buyer acknowledges that certain compounds may be subject to specific regulations in their jurisdiction and accepts full responsibility for ensuring compliance.
5. No Medical Claims
Aureum Peptides makes no claims regarding the safety, efficacy, or fitness for any particular purpose of its products. No information on our website, product pages, marketing materials, or communications shall be construed as medical advice, health claims, or therapeutic recommendations. Product descriptions reference published peer-reviewed literature for informational purposes only.
6. Assumption of Risk
Buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with the handling, storage, use, and disposal of products purchased from Aureum Peptides. Buyer agrees to follow all safety data sheet (SDS) guidelines and standard laboratory safety protocols.
7. Indemnification
Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aureum Peptides LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:
- Buyer’s misuse of any product
- Buyer’s violation of this Agreement
- Buyer’s violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Any third-party claims arising from Buyer’s use or distribution of products
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Aureum Peptides LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) at issue.
9. Product Quality
All products are manufactured to research-grade specifications with a minimum purity of 99% as verified by independent third-party HPLC testing. Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available for every batch. Products are supplied as lyophilized powder, solutions, or other forms as described on the product page.
10. Account Termination
Aureum Peptides reserves the right to terminate any customer account and refuse future orders if we have reason to believe that products are being purchased for non-research purposes, or if the Buyer violates any provision of this Agreement. No refund will be issued for orders terminated under this provision.
11. Annual Re-Certification
Buyer may be required to re-certify their agreement to these terms annually. Aureum Peptides reserves the right to request additional documentation or qualification verification from any Buyer at any time.
12. Modifications
Aureum Peptides reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The current version will always be posted at aureumpeptides.com/research-use-agreement/. Continued purchases after modifications constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas.
14. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
This Research Use Agreement, together with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy posted on aureumpeptides.com, constitutes the entire agreement between Buyer and Aureum Peptides regarding the subject matter herein.
By purchasing from Aureum Peptides, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Research Use Agreement.
